There no simple research on (Bos indicus Linnaeus 1758); therefore, infertility cases Indonesia are still high, one which be attributed to damage. This study aimed evaluate semen suggested SDF (Sperm Fragmentation) inclusion screening as main requirement for semen. The materials used this were 54 straws from nine males three different types cattle, including Bali, Madura, Aceh. Each type consisted bulls, with six replicates. Sperm-Bos-Halomax was examine Data analyzed one-way analysis variance (ANOVA). Aceh had highest post average compared Bali Madura at 63.33±2.43%. Abnormality Balinese lowest 8.83±1.04%.
